Exhibition , Trade fair
AAB provides support services on exhibitions and booth displays of Trade fairs held in Vietnam, Philippines and other Asian countries. We have engaged in planning, booth designing, productions, development & operation, staging and others.

- Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center
VEFC is the biggest exhibition hall in the capital city of Hanoi. Although the venue is quite old, all large-scale exhibitions planned in Hanoi are held at this venue. The biggest exhibition held at VEFC in the past is biennial “Vietnam Motor Show” organized by Vietnam Automobile Manufactures’ Association (VAMA).
- Saigon Exhibithion Convention Center
SECC was opened in Ho Chi Minh City in 2008. Currently it is the biggest convention center in Vietnam. It holds adequate equipments and facilities with high ceiling and the area is about 40,000 square meters. Two of the largest exhibitions among various events held at the venue in 2009 are “Vietnam Computer Electronics World Expo 2009” and “Vietnam Motor Show 2009”. Although Motor show was usually held biennially, it took place especially for a commemoration of SECC opening.
PR Event, Media Conference
AAB produces events such as launch events for new products, PR events for new campaigns and press conferences (planning, production and operation).
AAB has engaged in numerous press conferences and launch events for Japanese clients with the strength of experiences and expertise in the local culture and the media.
PR events inviting major media and journalists to a chartered luxury liner or a nice resort are commonly held for this kind of event in Vietnam.
Party, In-house event
AAB offers total services of planning and operation of in-house events, anniversary events, parties, and dealers’ meetings.
In regard to dealers’ meetings, it seems no big difference found in Vietnam compare to other countries. Dealers meetings are often held at 5 star hotels at a timing of pre-launch or pre- holiday selling season for the purpose of motivating dealers. The average number of guests is usually around 300-500 people.
AAB produces a variety of ceremonies, such as office opening ceremonies, exhibitions, opening ceremonies of private show.
We also offer classic Japanese style ceremonies, such as Jichinshiki (Shinto ceremony of purifying a building site) and Kagamibiraki (breaking open a ceremonial sake barrel.).
A ribbon used in a tape cut ceremony in Vietnam is 30 cm wide which is much wider than the one used in Japanese ceremony. Therefore, staffs assist in holding the ribbon by standing between each main guest on the stage. Since the tape cutting requires some time to finish, it has a benefit that photographers can easily capture the best shot.
AAB offers production & operation managements of public events for cultural exchange between Japan and foreign countries. We have engaged in festivals, exhibitions and business meetings hosted by both the national and local government.

AAB provides services of promotion activities utilizing various media such as POP advertising, transportation advertising, and outdoor advertising. We have engaged in this category in Asian countries around Vietnam.

Storefront event, Product demonstration
We provide various support services of promotional events held at storefront in mass retailers and large shopping malls. We also plan, produce and apply product samplings.
In Vietnam, event staff will be dispatched to a site of storefront events, and the events are usually titled “(company or brand name) week” under a hosting brand/company name. The contents of a campaign event basically include product demonstrations and lucky draw to catch public attention. In addition, talk shows or mini live concerts by celebrities such as CM talents and artists are also frequently arranged for storefront events.

The magazine is distributed to 1,400 Japanese companies in Vietnam and it is considered a reliable medium among local Japanese publications.
It is the first Japanese information magazine in Vietnam issued monthly. The main targets of the magazine are travelers from Japan and Japanese people residing in Vietnam. It covers highlights of Vietnamese trend, cultural information and living information. The magazine is distributed to 500 and more places for free in addition to distribution to travelers via travel agencies. Their web site has obtained the wide range of readership in both Japan and Vietnam.
